[Interop-dev] Network Device JSON Schema

Hi!

I think we are talking about monitoring schema here. Not configuration.

Let's for now stick only to that. We can revisit the common node
configuration schema later. I think there are three schemas:

1.) how nodes report their data
2.) how we store configuration about each node
3.) how we store measured data from nodes

We are now talking about 1.). 3.) could be the same as 1.), but not
necessary. For example, 3.) could have a better structure for indexing
and querying, while 1.) could have a better structure for extensibility
without much processing on the node.
