[Wien] strange RSTs over IPv4

I have exactly the same problem... :-) IPv6 seems to be working because
some (most?) ips in the Funkfeuer Housing do work and are reachable. This
includes the tunnel server I use for v6.

Maybe someone could have a look at the issue?
