As far as my and other users experience goes separating channels doesn't
help much when interfaces start to passthrough some serious amount of
traffic, problem is of course caused by design flaw of RB433 BUT also
different mini pci cards have this problem more or less (XR5 has the best
opinion but it's expensive and has huge electricity draw).

One thing really helps for RB433xx interferences:

Don't use them ! Follow the one antenna = one device formula, it really
works :)

There are two things that COULD help, but even following all the advices
heavily loaded links made on RB433 sometimes behave really strange ...

1. Electrostatic foil cutted in pieces and put between mini-pci cards.

2. Using plastic box'es rather than alubox.
