[Voip] Beschwerde an voipdiscount (2)

Liebe Freunde,

voipdiscount hat geantwortet, mit einem Einzeiler, siehe

Die benützen offensichtlich vorgefertigte Textbausteine, nur damit sie
*irgend was* schreiben, egal ob es im Zusammenhang mit der Beschwerde
steht oder nicht. Nachdem derart kein Weiterkommen ist habe ich
folgenden Brief verfaßt den ich morgen eingeschrieben zur Post gebe:

I have logged a complaint with you, see

Your reply is just ridiculous and on top of it, untrue: “Our call
records indicate that charges are applied correctly.” How can you say
that? The source of my complaint is the call records on your site! How
come you did not charge me from April, 4th 2006 to August 20th, 2010,
but after that? Something is smelly here.

This is to inform you that if you will not credit my account with the
amount over-charged (approximately € 20.-) and refrain from doing so
by Thursday, November 4th, 2010, I will take legal action against you.
Don’t be fooled into thinking that I won’t sue you because it’s only a
small amount I am demanding. My legal insur-ance covers all the cost.
I am writing this to you because a discussion on a web board is not
legally binding, but a registered letter is. Furthermore, I am
for-warding a copy of this letter to my legal insurance, D.A.S.,
Hernalser Gürtel 17, A-1170 Wien, as a so-called precautionary notice.

I am not calling you a fraudulent enterprise, but many people are; see

Let’s see if the judge will side with me and all the people
complaining about you or with you.

Ein bißchen lächerlich komm ich mir in der Sache schon vor, aber es
geht nicht so sehr um die € 20.- sondern wie viel sie
ungerechtfertigter Weise in der Zukunft von den accounts einbehalten
werden. Denn damit steht und fällt ja das VoIP Projekt in seiner
derzeitigen Form. Die starken Worte habe ich verwendet um zweifelsfrei
klarzumachen daß ich es ernst meine. Wenn sie - was ich nicht annehme
- zahlen werden, gut; ansonsten, meine ich, sind die Möglichkeiten
ausgeschöpft und wir müssen zähneknirschend zur Kenntnis nehmen daß
sie Gauner sind und wir nicht mehr tun können.
