[Interop-dev] GSoC 2017 netjsongraph.js progress report

Hi, all

Last week I rarely appeared in Gitter and communicate with mentor, I am sorry. 
I have explained to Federico, mainly because I had two presentation last week in two far away city, so I was busy to catch the train or plane. 
Next week I will often communicate with my mentor online.

Although I was busy last week, but I completed the following tasks:

- drop the extra info in metadata panel
- add node tooltips
- drop the scrollbar when resize window
- add link info panel
- add link highlight effect when hoverd
- refactor event handler
- refactor zoom event handler
- add pan interaction
- update docs
- fix info panel text unselectable
- fix tests
- fix license

All event related work is not easy for me, and events_controller.js is almost all rewrited, which taked me a lot time.

Next week I have below tasks:

- add examples
- write a blog to report progress
- finish second evaluation form
