[Interop-dev] [NetJSON] improving the website

 Hi everyone,

 at the moment the netjson.org website is very minimal, maybe too 
 minimal for who's just finding out about NetJSON for the first time.

 The main issue I found out are the following ones:

 * it is not pointed out that the specification and its implementations 
 are still in their infancy and we're open to proposals and suggestions; 
 would it be better to have a "Project status" in the README to point 
 this out or is it better to keep it as it is now?
 * one of the most clicked links is "Implementations", which points to a 
 section in the README which contains a list of links; maybe it's worth 
 expanding that section just a little bit
