I do.
During my google summer of code in 2012 I developed "Guifi.net Studio":
http://en.wiki.guifi.net/wiki/Guifi.net_Studio
https://github.com/PabloCastellano/guifinetstudio
And other libraries like libcnml and pyGuifi. Both for Python.
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/libcnml/0.8
Guifi.net Studio is basically a CNML reader that renders the information in a OSM layer. It also contains some other tools
useful for wireless communities.
Other tools using CNML that I love is guifi-earth:
https://github.com/jmendeth/guifi-earth
It parses a CNML file and generated a KML that you can use in Google Earth to view the line of sight between nodes.
See as example:

It's mostly Guifi.net which uses CNML. But seems reasonable as I don't know any other map/wireless community that supports CNML.
Regards, Pablo.
