[Wien] Splash funktioniert nicht richtig bei tl-842ND

Ich vermute das Splash-Skript wartet auf ein Interface, oder ob das Interface eine IP hat, oder ob eine Weiterleitung auflösbar ist.

Wenn es nicht nur das Interface ist, könnte es unter bestimmten Umständen trotzdem fehlschlagen, weil z.B. der DHCP Server im Fallback-Modus (non-authoritive) arbeitet.

Nur weil ich mich auch schon über das eine oder andere sleep geärgert habe, wo es dann plötzlich nicht mehr gegangen ist.
