Hello!
(english because we have non german speakers on the lists, please
also distribute to interested people)

OLPC Austria (http://www.olpcaustria.org) will do a

   PYTHON WORKSHOP!!

Wednesday, 4th of July, 18:00 @ VIVI (Liebiggasse 9, 1010 Wien).
Bring your own Laptop! Lukas Fittl from ubuntu.org fame will show us
some nice python coding skills.
If there are to many people/if there is the wish, we will move over
to metalab (Rathausstrasse 6).

The goal is to learn some python skills and apply them in a 100$
laptop emulator and create your own first
activity (http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activities).

Python is an easy to learn programing language and is the basis for
the 100$ laptop's user interface "Sugar".
Be there in case you wanted to learn some python but never had the
time to do so.

Why should you program open source for the 100$ laptop?
-> because your SW might run on x million laptops! (x > 3)

Coffeein is available in huge quantities :)

Watch out for the next major OLPC Austria thing:
Python Game/Activity Jam for the 100$ laptop on Friday 5th-Sunday
8th of July.
