Aber nur manchmal, wie ersichtlich. Mir macht das nichts aus, weil ich
habe noch ca. 13 € auf dem Konto, die ich ohnehin nicht
vertelefonieren kann.

Es scheint so zu sein daß die 300 min/Woche aufgebraucht sind. Ich
werde die Sache weiter beobachten. Allenfalls könnte man meinen
Account wieder für eine Woche stillegen.
