[Interop-dev] NetJSON

Hi,

multiple sets of routing tables filled by different dijkstra-instances.

E.g. one set of a community-mesh without the "backup-VPN" links and another
one with the backup links. Or one with "low latency" links useful for voice
traffic and the other one with all links in the network.
