[Interop-dev] NetJSON Wikipedia article

 I think it would be great to collect more external resources to add.

 We added a reference to this scientific paper by Leonardo Maccari 
 (Netcommons project):

 In the article we mention CONFINE but I was not able to find any 
 official CONFINE report in which NetJSON is mentioned. I think it's 
 important to add something like that, can anybody find a relevant 
 document to link or add there? I'm adding Aaron Kaplan in CC so I'm sure 
 he gets notified in time.
