[Interop-dev] NetworkGraph: Infinite weight

Just one thing I just remembered...

someone mentioned that in some routing protocols (e.g. Babel?)
"router-id" doesn't need to be an IP address...

what do we do with this case? Put in  an optional "non-routable" key inside?
