We do not have this kind of differentation. In the code, we call all 
connections to different routers "neighbors", regardless of interface.

So I'd say, "links" in OLSRv2 == "neighbors" in batman-adv, and for 
"neighbors" as in OLSRv2 we do not have a defined word. However in batman-adv 
we have a primary interface, and only OGMs of this primary interfaces are 
flooded through the whole network and have additional information (e.g. 
translation table info) attached.
