[Interop-dev] Synthesis of JSON formats in README

Hi,

the description of "cost" in the route entity is wrong.

I suggest simplifying it to "cost: the numeric value of the routing
metric; lower cost is better."

The part with negative numbers comes automatically because -10 is lower than -5.
