I found in Moscow shops this devices with WiMAX support:

Zyxel MAX-200M1 - 120$
Zyxel MAX-210M1 - 120$
Zyxel MAX-230M1 - 120$
Zyxel MAX-206M2 - 300$

Please advice me - what solution can I use with this Zyxel hardware to 
build mesh-network cell?
