<p>da ich nun auch über einen Breitband-Anschluss verfüge, wollte ich mich zum Thema Tunnel schlau machen. (Meine persönliche Energie für den Link zu OZW war leider nicht ausreichend - das ist jetzt wirklich nur mehr ein Hobby.)<br>

<p>Ich kann mir natürlich vorstellen, dass es Vorgaben für Tunnels gibt. Wo find ich die? Bei wem beantrage ich einen Tunnel?</p>
