</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=DE-AT link=blue vlink=purple><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal>Liebe Funkfeuer Wien Community!<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Ich darf Euch kurz über die ordentliche Generalversammlung unseres Vereins vom 05.05.2014 informieren:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Anwesend waren etwa 40 Personen.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Joe Semler berichtete ausführlich über Vereinsaktivitäten und Ereignisse des abgelaufenen Jahres.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Aaron Kaplan und Armin Medosch referieren über CONFINE und die Vision der freien Netze.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Mahnende Worte kamen von den Kassenprüfern. Die Buchhaltung ist in Ordnung, aber es gibt Optimierungspotenzial. Diesbezüglich tätig zu werden und Verbesserungen einzuleiten, wurde als Appell an den neuen Vorstand ausgesprochen.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Alexander Szlezak berichtet über die derzeit solide finanzielle Situation des Vereins. Ein operatives Minus wurde durch Rücklagenauflösung ausgeglichen. Der Fortgang des Vereins ist gesichert, jedoch muss die langfristige Finanzierung überlegt werden.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Diverse kleinere Statutenänderungen wurden beschlossen.
