<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">Im Falle einer Streitigkeit müsste man wohl dann über einen Gerichtsbeschluss die Logdateien der SMTP Server anfragen und dann aufgrund der Useranmeldung eine
eindeutige Verbindung mit dem Urheber der Email schaffen.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
